Come and join our weekly exercise challenge. You set your own targets and monitor your progress. To all Newbies: Basically this how it works - Each Sunday I post this thread on the Fitness and Exercise Board, you can then pledge how many sessions of exercise whether it is walking, running, trip to the gym etc that you will do for the week. You can only count one lot of exercise per day! So if you decide to do 3 trips to the gym on 3 seperate days you would simply add to the thread "I pledge 3 trips to the gym this week". On a Monday morning I post a thread on F and E called Pledge Progress (date) everytime you complete one of your pledges you would add a post. For your first one "1/'3 Trip to the gym" etc and then when you complete your 2nd one "2/3 Trip to gym " etc. Week runs from Monday to Sunday. On a Monday I do a post where you can claim your CLAP if you have succeeded in completing your pledges and another one to confess to needing a GLARE if you haven't! If you are sick then you can ask for a sicknote. I think I have just about covered everything but if you have any questions then just let me know!
